- Updating the VRWG web presence and print materials (Steven and Marsha -- What we've identified should be done and what do you think?): We need to figure out which pages are public and note which projects are ongoing and which have been completed. Nothing should be deleted. Perhaps we should eventually include an ARTstor workflow as we have with Luna. We looked at the Visual Resources page from the catalog (http://www.library.cornell.edu/visualresources/tools/
) and we will examine the language with the Usability group with a cognitive walk-though. Danielle suggested that we explore what our peer institutions are doing. - Ideas for VR (Marsha)

- When will Sharedshelf be publicized/announced to CUL?
- Would be good to reinstate collection announcements -- more discussion on protocol.
