- 2013 Goals (See http://staffweb.library.cornell.edu/node/810 for the original charges of VRWG). Are going to being a working group, or a public group/outreach/information sharing. Are there oppurtunities to be a working group again? Information sharing forum, (technical information, public services, outreach). Consensus seemed to be on information sharing.
- Possible projects- Look at our web presence, print material. VRWG website, wiki, image db list, liase between curators and communications, branding collections (Danielle and Michelle).
- VRhelp-list, Danielle oversees the list. Marsha makes referals when appropriate.
- Membership- Focus membership on CUL and Museum.
- Brown Bags for 2013

- Updates (Kaltura, etc.)- Kaltura unveiling in November- 3 users have been set up, mostly for investigating the platform. Artstor- digital collection building release was lacking acceptable new multi-media functionality, trying integrate Sharedshelf and Kaltura, working on mapping to Sharedshelf, still need to go through ARTstor in for building new collections.
