For ST Olin, we will work "floor-by-floor" to help concentrate CRCF staff's efforts.

Please be aware that a large number of network devices, primarily printers, will be changing network addresses. This will require making configuration changes on each computer to re-establish connectivity to the printers. Chemistry IT (CRCF) will attempt to provide as much information and direct assistance as possible to research group liaisons on the changes. And we will assist any user that needs assistance during and after the transition.

For ST Olin, we will work "floor-by-floor" to help concentrate CRCF staff's efforts. This transition will depend on each group's "group liaison" (when available) to assist CRCF staff in determining if users are having problems. We will naturally be attentive to get to any problems reported as quickly as possible.
