Aim 3 Current Efforts:
Cornell University is currently planning their first high school teachers' workshop, which is scheduled for... (Alicia - please add dates, link to registration etc.) While this component of the project is scheduled to start in 2012 (i.e., project year 2), pilot activities have been initiated at different participating institutions in 2011. Specifcally, three undergraduate students with specific interests in food safety participating in the 2011 Cornell Summer Undergrduate Research Program, inlcuding one undergrduate student each from North Carolina A&T State University and Purdue.
