To create an entrance tank and riser pipe that will provide a linaer relationship between the flow rate through the tank and the height of water in the entrance tank. This will allow communication concerning flow rate to be sent to an automated flow control device via a float system to add Alum and Chlorine to the raw water as a function of flow rate through the plant.
