AguaClara engineers are recruited from the AguaClara project team to work as full employees of Agua Para el Pueblo for a 12 to 14 24 month assignment. There may also be opportunity for 2.5 month summer assignments.

AguaClara Engineers will be APP employees and will be working together with the APP team on a wide range of activities designed to ensrue ensure successful implementation and dissemination of the AguaClara water treatment plants. Examples of tasks include: *

Compensation
Your salary will be $1000 AguaClara Engineer salary is $1150 per month paid monthly in advance by APP. You AguaClara Engineers will be paid the first $1000 on your arrival $1150 when they arrive at the APP office. If your the last month is not a full month your the final payment at the beginning of that month will be prorated. You AguaClara Engineers will not receive any extra allowance for living expenses, hotels or travel. It is expected that most of your the salary will be spent on expenses related to living in Honduras. You will be AguaClara Engineers are responsible to pay for your their Primary health plan and for Travel health insurance. We have attempted to create a budget that will enable you to save a little bit of money and with With careful planning it should be possible for you to pay for one a trip home during the end of the year .
