Emergencies in Cornell Libraries
EMERGENCIES: In the event of fire, security, or other hazardous conditions, call 911 from a campus phone or 255-1111 from a cell phone or off-campus phone.
In case of fire:
Pull the fire alarm. (Public Safety and Life Safety Services will automatically be alerted.)
Follow the emergency evacuation plan for your unit or library.
Notify: PUBLIC SAFETY (255-1111) and individuals on Disaster Contact List (pg. 3), because a water disaster is likely to occur.
