As part of this transition, PhysIT will be updating computers to facilitate us supporting them. We will first focus on updating computers presenting problems, and then we'll we’ll catch up on the other computers over the next month or so. We will make arrangements with each person to coordinate these updates since it will likely involve temporarily removing your computer (so we can more efficiently do the work in our main office).  Working with you, we will try very hard to schedule this work so that it is least disruptive to your schedule.
