    Click "smart Computer Groups" then "No Departments" (This group is site is "None", so you have to use your ADM account to login to see this group), you will see the new added computer is listed there.
    • Or You can find the computer on "search Inventory" and go to "AS-CHM-All Computers" or . Or, if you are in the PHY section, "AS-PHY-All Computers".
    • You could use your ADM account to have also seen this computer in "Smart Computer Groups" => "No Departments". Value of this capability?!
  • Click the computer then edit , the click on "User and Location" , and click the Edit button.
    • Use the pull-down menu for Department. Ex: AS-CHM - Chemistry and Chemical Biology
    • Use the pull-down menu for Building. Ex: Baker Lab
    • Type in Room. Ex: 140D
    • Click the Save button.
