Geometry

The geometry is given in STEP format. Download here. The following video shows you how to import the geometry file into ANSYS DesignModelerSpaceClaim.

If you are using Spaceclaim, follow the steps given below.

1. Right click geometry>Edit in Spaceclaim
2. File > Open>select All files format>bif_artery.STEP

Alternatively, Right click Geometry>Import Geometry>Browse>Select bif_artery.STEP

Note the areas of the inlet and outlets, compare to those in the book.

Make sure to save the project!Save project in wbpj format

Go to Step 3: Mesh

Go to all FLUENT Learning Modules
