   1. Patrons are having trouble sharing their screens (switching)

   3. the problem is that we have two switching locations

            1. so if we keep the resident computer we would only have 3 cables for patrons

               1. warranty? – get it through vendor so hopefully 3 yrs

                  1. Matt: yes, but gave example of someone going back to their desk and checking bank acct (without disconnecting first)

            1. yes, but only guarantees on Chatter right now are first years; everyone else is optional
