Goals for this semester

*Finish running tests for floc blanket performance at low and high turbidities

*Test floc blanket performance with natural organic matter

*Design a new floc blanket system so that we can have a majority of flow go to tube settlers

*Build a model to characterize the mechanisms of particle removal in a floc blanket clarifier
