The program currently does not currently include the height of the riser pipe taht that is inserted into the fitting. This The total height of pipe including , the visible height and the portion inserted into the pipe fitting, is necessary for budgeting and purchasing. The equation should include this amount as well as an added height above the last row of holes to account for surges and sloshing. The length of pipe inserted into the pipe fitting changes with is highly variable, research of commerical fittings was conducted to evaluate the relationship between the diameter of pipe fittings and thus the calculation of total riser pipe height should be a function of the pipe diameter.

Conclusions
The properties of fitting are highly variable. There area several types of flanges(fittings) that can be used with the LFOM and each type has a different depth.
