The "meeting mintues" link should lead to a page from which the user can connect to previous and current meeting minutes. This page should start with an h1 heading on "Team name" meeting minutes, followed by links to each semester's meeting minutes. (Ex. "Fall 2008", "Summer 2082008", etc)
