International Rural Water Association has been a partner since the very beginning of AguaClara. They were responsible for the idea of building the first flocculation/sedimentation plant at La 34. AguaClara and IRWA continue to collaborate with AguaClara providing design guidance and IRWA sponsoring and providing project supervision for projects including the plant at Marcala.
