General Program Information
The program draws square ports on alternating sides of the lower baffles of vertical flocculators only. The ports must be drawn on alternating sides so that when the plant is running, water does not have the opportunity to flow in a straight path through the flocculator (thus bypassing the mixing.)

Technical Program Information
1) A new layer, "baffleport," is created.
2) The ports are iteratively drawn as boxes in each channel from left to right of the floctank. The thick side of the port is drawn 0.5*zc farther left than each baffle so that the additional thickness is centered around the baffle.
3) All ports are unioned.
4) The "baffle" layer is thawed so that it may be edited.
5) All of the ports are subtracted in a single command from the baffles.
6) The "baffle" layer is frozen.
7) The "baffleport" layer is frozen.
