- Select “e-book” from ematerial_format for the e-books title count (The annual data collection figure also includes an estimate of HathiTrust counts to be included. Contact Linda Miller for more information.)
- Select “e-journal” from ematerial_format for the e-serial title count
- Select “e-video” from ematerial_format for the e-visual title count
- Select “e-audio” from ematerial_format for the e-audio title count
- Select “e-map” from ematerial_format for the e-map title count
- Select “e-scores” from ematerial_format for the e-score title count
- Select “e-databases” from ematerial_format for the e-database title count
- (Those with “unknow” for ematerial_format will not be counted unless rules are set up for counting them; counts for “e-misc” are also not reported in the trends report)
- Note: e-images are counted through Artstor/JSTOR and not FOLIO
- Note: All electronic titles are included in national counts even though some overlap with physical title counts
