- Tools subteam:
- Round of applause to for tools subteam! They created a Kahoot proposal and already received AUL feedback.

need are - Ideally, we should accomplish this by next Wed, Dec. 14.
- We can pull heavily from the proposal to get the content together.
- Notes from Lauren regarding her personal Kahoot account subscription proposal:
- TRA assessment wasn't necessary for Lauren's
Kahoot subscription - proposal.
- Web accessibility check for Kahoot will take place in January. This might suffice for this group's proposal.
- RE will:
- Check with Simeon to see if Lauren's statement of need suffices, or whether we should we just submit a separate form.
- Correspond with tools subteam to check that the content for the statement of need is okay.

- Decision: Path B – we can schedule the programs ourselves.
- Let's start reaching out to people to schedule sessions.
- Let's put who we should reach out toUsing the brainstorming doc, let's record who we should contact regarding which sessions, as well as who will be responsible to take charge of contacting that personthe subteam member responsible for contacting those folks. Use the doc to record any other pertinent information (e.g., this person is unavailable in early Feb. but is available the week of February break).
- Perhaps early February would be an ideal time to transition into trainings: Feb. break
weekend - week might be especially ideal
