My name is Grace and I'm a new member who just joined the Rapid Mix Contact Chamber team of AguaClara during the spring 2017 semester. This semester our team will work on continuing the researches that are done by previous team members and analyze different features of the flocculator such as the head loss accumulation and nano-cluster attachmentthe effect of clay on head loss. We will repeat the experiment with different contact chambers and analyze the results to come up with more detailed solutions and resultstest whether or not the contact chamber improves flocculator efficiency by designing a new flocculator and attach contact chamber to it. Personally I will seek for every opportunity to develop experimental and software skills along with my teammates. Can't wait for a great semester at AguaClara!
