Fall 2016 Contributions

I am a new member of AguaClara and am working with the sensor development subteam, which is also new to the fall semester of 2016. The primary goals of the team this semester are to develop a gas measurement sensor that can be used in AguaClara plants, as well as design and build a fluidized bed solids concentrator sensor. This semster, I have primarily assisted with fabrication of volumetric biogas sensors for the AFB subteam. I helped program settings in ProCoDa to automate the systems. I will begin working on the fabrication of sensors with the same design, but of a different size for the UASB subteam this week. Along with the fabrication of sensors, I have updated the team wiki page, as well as specific sections of the research report that will be finalized at the end of the semester. I spoke about the objective of the team and the previous MQ-4 sensors used at symposiums.
