- For users who have just created a Confluence account, they must wait a day for the system to authorize them.
Those who have not ever logged into Confluence will not be in the Confluence group until they log in to Confluence for the first time and until the next 2:30 am synchronization has run.
In other words, there can be a delay of a fraction of a day between when the user establishes a Confluence account and when they will be added to this group.
