Users must have a Confluence account
Those who have not ever logged into Confluence will not be in the Confluence group until they log in to Confluence for the first time and until the next 2:30 am synchronization has run.
In other words, there can be a delay of a fraction of a day between when the user establishes a Confluence account and when they will be added to this group.
The page below is restricted to Cornell Active Directory group <permit-as-chm-people-all> who already had Confluence accounts. That group will be populated annually. The last upload contained the following NetIDs:
