Fall 2015 Contributions

This semester, I worked as

the material coordinator of the STARS Filtration Theory team. My team's task was to

create a mathematical model that predicts head loss as a function of coagulant dosage and the mass of solids accumulated. My role as a material coordinator this semester is to order materials needed for building our apparatus and setting up our experiments, as well as to keep track of and organize materials previously ordered. Additionally, I will design and build a flocculator and tube settler with a floc imaging apparatus. Finally, I will run the experiments to test our filtration model built.
