Tips, tricks, and gotchas
Setting up Remedy for the first time
For more functionality than the default view:
- Click the "Applications" tab on the left side of the screen.
- Under "Incident Management", select "Incident Management Console." Here you can search, create new incidents, etc.
- To keep this as your default view:
- Select "My Profile" on the left taskbar.
- Under "Quick Links", select "Application Preferences."
- Set the default homepage to "Incident Management Console."
