Tips, tricks, and gotchas

Setting up Remedy for the first time

For more functionality than the default view:

  1. Click the "Applications" tab on the left side of the screen.
  2. Under "Incident Management", select "Incident Management Console." Here you can search, create new incidents, etc.
  3. To keep this as your default view:
    1. Select "My Profile" on the left taskbar.
    2. Under "Quick Links", select "Application Preferences."
    3. Set the default homepage to "Incident Management Console."
