Reminder

If If it's a VoIP line, self-service to do this particular change is actually possible. But mostly likely best to just contact CIT and pay them to do it correctly. ($16, as of 10/2014)

If it's an analog line, self service is not possible. ThusIn this case, must contact NCS:contact CIT and pay them to do it correctly. ($16, as of 10/2014)

Example request to change destination number (rare!), from a department's Telecommunications Coordinator to CIT

Subject: Change EC500 on 5-9021       9021
To:NCS

Please change the EC500 on 5x-9021 xxxx to ring to 607yyy-342yyy-6701 yyyy instead of 607zzz-280zzz-8316zzzz.

Charge this request to (specify account number here!) as necessary.
