Accomplishments

• Matlab Model.
• Possible hole sizes and air flow rates.
• Wrote and posted the minutes.

Metrics

• I spent many hours writing and debugging a matlab program. I wrote it in matlab after the one I did in Mathcad wouldn't work. I hate how mathcad is a black box, I did not like having to rewrite everything.
• Turns out that the problem was simply that I was not resetting two of the variables before they entered the loop again thus they satisfied the conditions of the loop off the bat and thus did not enter it.
• I tried to modify the Mathcad program but the program froze so I gave up.

Outcomes

• A matlab program.
• Numbers for flow rate and hole sizes.

Issues

• I don't think/ I hope I did something wrong because the answer has only a very little but of air coming in a 1.17in hole...The pipe is only 2in in diameter. That could be a problem.
