1. This latest request from the Campus Store regarding ChemBioDraw licensing  is a pre-order stage. They do this to determine pricing based on expressed interest for the new licensing year. In this case, you are committing to purchasing the license for the year if the cost ends up at $70 or less. Once pricing if confirmed, your account will be charged at the finalized price and the new licensing information for the 2013-2014 year will be provided.
2. Pre-ordering saves a few dollars over renewing/ ordering later, if past years are any indication.
3. The pre-ordering deadline is this coming Monday (7/8/13), presumably by 5pm.
4. This pre-order process is only for those who will be paying for this software with Cornell account number funds. If you wish to purchase the license with your own personal funds, you will have to wait until the pricing is settled. You will then be able to obtain the license from the Cornell Store website.
5. To pre-order, you need to go to <https://licensing.store.cornell.edu/Products/895-chembiodraw-ultra-2013-14-pre-order.aspx>, login with your own Cornell netid and netid password, and follow the directions. The process will include you creating a Cornell Store licensing account which is separate from your NetID. This is a requirement of the Cornell Store's service.
