Overview. The Technical Services Integration (TSI) Steering Committee has been leading the planning effort for the Mellon-supported TSI over the past several months. The project has now advanced to a stage at which an expansion of coordination is necessary. Working in conjunction with TSI Steering, the main purpose of the Joint Senior Managers Integration Network (JSMIN) is to initiate an incremental integration of technical services workflows, practices, policies, and projects – with particular focus on staffing and resource issues.
