The CubeSat must have its 1st resonant frequency above 100 Hz, as this frequency is the upper limit reached by many current launch vehicles. The goal is to design a satellite which will not be shaken to pieces by reaching its resonant frequency during the launch phase. Because of this limit, we are only concerned with the first few resonant modes.
