For ST Olin, we will work "floor-by-floor" to help concentrate CRCF staff's efforts. This transition will depend on each group's "group liaison" to assist CRCF staff in determining if users are having problems.We will naturally be attentive to get to any problems reported as quickly as possible, but depending on the number of unanticipated problems, we recognize that we won't necessarily may not be as responsive as we normally can be.
