Sign in using Cornell Single Sign On (EDIT: Self Registration is no longer available)
Click on the Projects Tab on the top of the page
Go to the All Projects Tab
Join ENGR-AguaClara on the fifth page
Check the box next to ENGR-AguaClara and then click Request Membership in the lower righthand corner
Just type design for the request comment.
