Brochures should always be available in the plastic wall box outside the Engineering Admissions office in Hollister. They should be checked regularly to make sure that pamphlets are present. If it is empty, someone should refill the bin. Also please make sure there are always back-up brochures in Monroe's office and in the lab so we do not run out.
There is a one page summary sheet that is more concise and easier to print also.
The materials should be edited and updated as needed; they all have information about how many plants we have and other details that quickly get out-dated. The master files for the brochure and info sheets are too large to be attached to the wiki so they are located in the documents folder of the clearwater account in the AguaClara lab, on the team USB drive in the demo plant suitcase, and on Source Forge in the Outreach repository.
