* Built mockup of proposed new baffle system using 1/2" PVC pipe and rubber O-rings
* Planned several versions for the actual baffle design (speced out components, priced out online)
** 1/4" all-thread stainless steel pipe: $10/6 ft from McMasterCarr
*** Will need 4 pipes/channel
** Tygon tubing (~$1.50/ft) to be used as sleeve around the pipe the keep clamps tight
** Using washers andPotentially using spring clamps ($13/100 clamps)
** Potentially using Nitrile O-rings (AS568B# -202)
** $8/pk of 100 O-rings
