- All group members will be working on this for the week of Feb 9th
- Build one baffle of each of the proposed, viable designs
- Each group member will have a design to build independently (Feb 16)
- Analyze prototypes based on cost, ease of construction, practicality, and efficacy

- Procure funding to build new baffle system based on chosen design

- Build new baffle system and install at Pilot Plant
- Full group. Complete after procuring funding. Should take 1-2 weeks to finish.
- Run the plant, fix any leaks or problems

- Begin research on dose controller at the pilot plant and construct
- Rustom, Lalo (beginning of March). Collaborate with dose control group.
- Collect turbidity profiles for different baffle arrangements and tapered vs. non-tapered arrangements

- Set up FReTA to be used with the tube flocculator and use to compare settling velocities at different points in the tube flocculator
- Jeff (March). Collaborate with Ian.
- Compare raw water readings from the Pilot Plant FReTA with the laboratory results

- After completion of these challenges, formulate challenges for sedimentation tank and begin research there
