Objective: To characterize the energy systems in healthcare facilities
Background: Energy systems in modern hospitals are poorly characterized. We are working with Weill Cornell Medical College to study their energy systems.
Scope of Work: MEng students will work with PhD students to collect energy usage data, and model the energy systems using building energy simulation software and co-simulation techniques. New approaches to efficiently monitor and model large energy systems are strongly encouraged.
