Project Glass Micropipes will result in three-dimensional ceramic microfluidic networks for high temperature chemical reactions (e.g., for solid oxide fuel cells) or for the inverse problem of cooling high temperature systems. This project will require building material deposition equipment, learning some basic material science, and working with some high temperature furnaces under supervision. This project is open to MEng and motivated undergraduates in their Junior/Senior years.
