1) Build and understand a pedal vehicle that can be a tricycle, at one extreme, and a bicycle at
another extreme. And in between it is, according to theory, uncontrollable.

2) Build a rowing ergometer that better simulates a row boat than any other ever made.

3) Contribute to the Cornell efficient bipedal robot project.
