Day 3 Schedule with status updates
Batch
- We reviewed that the Module Leads are now the owners of their batch jobs. They must review their reports by 10:00am daily and report any issues to Andy, Barb, Jolene, Kim & Mike (Glen in Mikes absence, NetID gbs57) . If a JIRA is warranted, please create one.
- An index for Batch Reports and log files has been created at: https://kfs-prod-reports.adminapps.cornell.edu/
- Last night's partial PeopleSoft LD Payroll Feed failed, work is being done in the KFS-TEST system to aid in troubleshooting and resolve the issue.
- GL Batch Jobs successful, there was one FP failure the DV to PDP extract Job. Reference JIRA KITI-2173.
- The Ezra job failed
- Another fix has been applied to the Ezra job and it will run tonight
- Following a fix that was applied to KFS-PROD, we ran the Poster Balancing History Synch Job that purges the tables and then when we ran the Poster Balancing during the nightly job stream we were again in balance. We will need to look at the report from the Poster Balancing Job tomorrow to validate we are still in balance.
Testing
- Parameter changes for go-live must be submitted to Barb by 5:00pm Thursday, May 26 - That is tomorrow by 5:00pm.
- Performance was not as much an issue today, although performance was degraded.
- This issue needs investigation (JIRA KUALIENVMGMT-2065 was created on 5/23)
- Good progress was made during today's DR session
