Step by step
- Lift the super heavy roll of frozen prepreg out of its box. Unroll a bit of the prepreg on a clean flat surface. Slice across the prepreg using the knife.
- Prep the molds with seal & release.
- Lay the carbon fiber/kevlar prepreg on to the molds.
- Add peel ply, perf, and breather on top.
- Seal inside a vacuum bag with mastic around the edges.
- Put into the oven and connect the layup to the vacuum hose. Program the correct cure cycle into the oven and start it.
