Step by step
- When available please cut in the paint booth to contain dust and contamination. Do any large scale cutting in the paint booth only.
- If the paint booth is not available cut on the downdraft table, make sure to turn it on by clicking the green button on the side, you will here it kick on.
- Keep a shopvac running with the inlet as close to the cutting implement as possible. Have someone else hold it or clamp it down to work, do not try to hold it while you cut.
- Use a spray bottle to keep water or water mist on the cutting surface
- Use a diamond coated abrasive tool to perform your cutting. Can drill use an abrasive bit, brad point bit, or normal drilling bit
- After cutting, vacuum up any leftover powder.
