Searching for an organization record and filtering by status

Searching for and viewing an organization record

• Open the Organizations app.
• Search for an Organization in the Search box of the Search & filter pane.
  • You can use the drop-down menu above the Search box (All, Name, Code, Language, Alias, Accounting Code, Tax ID) to limit search fields.
• Select any Organization record from the list in the second column on the screen.
• The Organization record should open in a third column on the screen.

Filter organizations by status

• Open the Organizations app.
• In the "Search & filter" box in the first column of the field, expand the "Organizations status" accordion if it is not already expanded.
• Select any of the statuses (Active, Inactive, Pending) to filter the Organizations displaying in the second column on the screen.
