How to create, edit, duplicate, delete and close an agreement

Open Agreements App

Click on New: blue button in the upper right-hand corner

Expected Result

Opens editing window

Add information and Save & Close

• Required information is asterisked: Name, Status, Start date

See Newly created agreement in right hand pane

Open Agreements app

Click on any existing agreement in the list of agreement records

See preview of that agreement in right hand pane

Click Edit: blue button in the upper right-hand corner

Edit any field and Save & Close

Open Agreements app and select an existing Agreement

Agreement shows in view pane with Actions dropdown displaying

Choose Duplicate from Actions menu

Expected Result

Duplicate agreement dialogue displayed

Click "Select all/deselect all"

Expected Result

All checkboxes selected

• Or select particular check boxes from the menu

Click "Save and Close"

Expected Result

Agreement duplicated and opened in Edit view
Selected data copied from original agreement
New agreement name is name of duplicated agreement prefixed with "Copy of: "

Open Agreements app and select an agreement

Click “Actions” menu (blue button in the upper right-hand corner) and select “Delete”

Expected Result

See prompt warning Agreement will be deleted

Click “Delete"

• "Delete agreement" pop-up will appear
• Click Delete

Open Agreements app and select agreement (see above for screenshots)

Edit agreement by clicking blue Edit button in the upper right-hand corner (see above for screenshots)

Set Agreement status to “Closed” under Status dropdown menu

Expected Result

“Reason for closure” dropdown becomes active

Select a “Reason for closure” from the dropdown menu

Save & close Agreement

Expected Result

Agreement saved successfully. Status shown as “Closed”, Reason for Closure shown
