Accommodating Patrons with Disabilities - Cornell University Library is committed to providing effective accommodations for patrons with disabilities.

Building a Culture of Respect training is required for all new employees, and must be completed within 30 days of the employment start date. As part of its commitment to diversity and inclusion, Cornell makes a concerted effort to ensure that our community can identify potential acts of prohibited harassment and discrimination and know who to contact and consult about it. Our aim is to make sure campus remains a safe and respectful academic and workplace environment focused on education.
