Course-related LibGuides are automatically added to the Library Home page list of Library Guides. To keep these lists from becoming to unwieldy, it's a good idea to keep your list of published guides limited to the current academic year. At the end of each semester, you can change the status of older guides to "unpublished" or "private" so that the current list displays only those guides for the previous two semesters.

Review the guides you currently have published.

If a guide is more than a year old (2 semesters), choose one of the following options:

Options:

Select "Status". Delete the guide:Caution! (Choose this only if you have no more use for it and never want to see it again!)

Or, change the status to Private -- the direct url will continue to work. Anyone that has bookmarked the URL will continue to have access, but the course will disappear from the list of current course-related library guides.

Or, change the status of the guide to Unpublished -- you will continue to have access to the guide, but no one else will have access and it will be dropped from the list of current Library Course-Related Guides.
