22Request to show related invoices on the POL level rather than the PO levelJoanna CerroIn the Orders app, related invoices currently appear on the PO level. For ongoing orders with multiple POL's, it's difficult to track the payment history of a particular title, since all of the invoices are grouped together on the PO level. Currently, you have to click on each invoice to see if the title appears on it and then look at the price. If the related invoices were to appear on the POL level, you would know for sure that the title is included on that particular invoice.

Let me know if I can help clarify or walk through a demonstration.

On holding pending: Ann will follow-up to see if this is coming.  This was a feature in the Kiwi release.

I and a colleague noticed that the Circulation log did not seem to record all of the items we that Law had marked Missing or Lost since July 1. During the discussion and answers which followed, Andy Horbal noted that the Circ log does not record "the "Marked as missing" action in this scenario. Possibly because "Marked as missing" isn't an action in the Requests app".

Is this an enhancement that could be made to Requests?

No

14Add manuscripts to formats that patrons/staff can restrict a search toMargaret NicholsThis update would be a huge boon to patrons and staff who are looking for manuscripts or archives on a given topic. It would involve leader bytes 7-8 in the MARC record (fixed fields Type and BLvl in OCLC), which are generally p and c for mixed material collections, or t and m for single manuscripts.No08/19/2021

This functionality is available in the OPAC now.

Update 1/05/2022 - COMPLETE: Vandana: I offered to show Cynthia how to run a canned report to get the information she needs, so that she can check if the report meets her needs, and she said she would be in touch with me. I ran it and sent her results as an example. I have not heard back from her. It doesn’t seem to be urgent as this was my second email to her (on Nov. 18th, 2021), and copied to Andy and Laura. So I guess we can mark that as complete?

Have "Marked as Missing" be marked as a Request

Is this the issue that it needs to be in the circ log or does there need to be an easy report? There is an item status for this and can be found in a report.

Vandana will follow-up with Cynthia to make sure the report meets her needs.

6Sort the received field by Caption in the Receiving appJoanna CerroI'd like to submit an enhancement request for the Receiving app. Specifically, it would be very useful to us in the serials department to be able to sort the received field by Caption.
Currently, it's being sorted by Received date, and as a result, issues are being displayed out of order. I know that we're able to sort columns in other areas of FOLIO (such as items in Inventory), so maybe this is in the works already. Regardless, it would be great to have this enhancement available to us.

Update 1/05/22 - Complete in Juniper

For the receiving sorting request, https://issues.folio.org/browse/UXPROD-3061 actually has it. This is a UXPROD with ~50 separate bits to it. Expected for Kiwi, currently.

Can sort by caption and received date, A-Z and Z-A.

Specific issue is: https://issues.folio.org/browse/UIREC-147 and it is codded and ready for testing.  For CUL, we will need to see how this works for receiving history over 1000.  None of the test systems have records with this to try.
