Adding new regular hours for a service point

To enter regular hours for a service point, go to the Settings app, click Calendar in the left pane, Library Hours in the middle pane, and then the name of the Service point you want to enter hours for in the right pane.

Click the New button.

Add valid from and valid to dates and name the validity period, making sure that the dates you choose do not overlap with any existing calendars for the service point. Scroll down and click and drag in each column to set open and close times for the day.

Click Save & close to save. If the dates you choose overlap with an existing calendar for the service point, you will get the following error message: “The date range entered overlaps with another calendar for this service point. Please correct the date range or enter the hours as exceptions.”

Editing and deleting regular hours for a service point

To edit or delete regular hours for a service point, click the Edit icon to the right of the validity period you want to edit.

Adding exceptions to regular hours for a service point

To add exceptions to regular hours for a service point, go to the Settings app, click Calendar in the left pane, Library Hours in the middle pane, the name of the service point you want to enter hours for in the right pane, and then the button labeled Open calendar to add exceptions.

To view existing calendars for one or more service points, check the Box next to the service point(s) you are interested in on the list on the left side of the screen:

Click the button labeled New Exception Period.

Enter a Valid From date, Valid To date, and a name for the exception period. Scroll down to select which location(s) the exception applies to and either select All Day or enter the opening and closing times which will be in effect during the exception period. Then click the button labeled Save & close.

The exception period will then appear when you view the calendar for any location(s) it applies to.

Click the Exception period to edit or delete it.
