      • FOLIO Security sub-committee should come up with an outline on elevated permissions.
      • Suggestion: if a supervisor is asking for a staff member to have equal permission that should be ok. if a supervisor is asking for an elevation in their permissions it should be approved by their supervisor or director.
  • Support Team Updates - Tom

  • FYRO - Ann
    • 6/14 test failed - looks like a hosting issue (hopefully) - the hotfix didn't apply to all modules on Training
      • Ann confirmed that the module was updated on production.. (smile)
    • Hot Fix is being re-applied 6/16 and then we will need the data refreshed so Ann can test again
    • Worry that encumbrances may not be working the way they should but can still move forward.
      • Chicago is pushing for a fix but probably Lotus HF1, if we want them we may need to roll forward.
      • The was still an issue with the way it worked.
      • The consensus was that we should not try to push forward with Lotus and instead use the time we have to test and troubleshoot Kiwi. Hopefully, encumbrances will be working as expected next FY.
