CU Police - special project to move backlog of record boxes then ongoing; this was just completed, and future moves will be routed through RMC and then to the Annex.
Archival Collections- Up to 100 boxes per month
Thesis -- ongoing newly received each year.
Medium Rare transfers-- still receiving 1 or 2 boxes weekly.
Uris Library
Duplicates and Tsinghua materials that the locations have been changed, we are dealing with and routing to LTS for record work.
Vet Library
Senior Seminar Papers; ongoing newly received each year
1978 ANNEX
Withdrawing the State Libraries duplicates, compiling lists for posting, boxing for book sale and/or destroying serials.
Slicing and Dicing of the Phy. Sci. & Engr. duplicate serials that were withdrawn.
Newspapers moved from Olin B52 need to be barcoded and moved into permanent storage, now that a decision has been made to be transferred to Medium Rare.
Future Planning

They are interested in an Annex move and the discussions are underway.
- There have been no serial cancellations
- Have interest in setting up an ongoing quota to relieve tight areas in the stacks.
- Selectors want to review pick lists.
- Resistance to split serials and sending later years to the Annex.
- Will review lists of titles that are also available online
