The best we can tell, it was purchased approximately March 5, 2009, making it 4.5 years old. PhysIT using at an (old!) spare.

Status

As of 5/18/16: Refurbished for general PhysIT usage with basic software (plus Skype just in case for John Miner).

History and condition it was found

PhysIT asked Mark and Vince for suggestions. Per JohnM, to Oliver, 11/6/13.

It looks like the machine has OS X 10.6.6 and Windows XP installed and was used for presentations.

Purpose of laptop? Desires?

One idea: Refurbish it as best we can with a newer OS X  and Windows 7 if they want to continue using it.

• We need to know if any data exists on the machine to be saved. Or, can it safely be wiped?
