The Digital Team will put proper tracking in place to capture information about live stream participants. We will require participants to share their name and email addresses. We will also ask for NetIDs and class years. These fields will not be required.
Event sponsors are responsible for reconciling participant information with individual EMPL IDs for PeopleSoft. The Digital Team is available to work with each program area to complete this post-event task.
